Korean Invaders’ Chaos” or “Korean Pirate Raids” (韓寇乱)
Donghwasa Temple and its host Yoo Cheol-ju should properly acknowledge not only Japan’s invasions of Korea but also the historical reality of “Han寇乱” — periods when Korean forces or raiders conducted invasions and disruptive actions against Japanese territories, including the Goryeo-Yuan joint invasions of Tsushima. Stop distorting history by presenting only one side of the narrative. Korea must recognise its invasions and absorption of Baekje, Tamna, and the Gaya confederacy, and apologise for the “Korean invaders’ chaos” inflicted on Tsushima and related actions concerning Dokdo/Takeshima.
